The wort concentrate comes in 2.5 gallon containers. You simply pour it into the specially designed SBS keg, add 2.5 gallons of water and our packet of yeast. After 5 or 6 days at room temperature, it’s ready to be carbonated overnight.
The wine concentrate comes in a 4 gallon pouch. Just add 1 gallon of water and yeast. Ferments at room temperature for 21 days and is ready to be served.
